Filter Bags

We are manufacturer of Filter bags , Wire Cages, Industrial air filters. We are located in Bangalore the silicon city of India . We make filter bags from Polyester , Polypropylene , Aramid ( Nomax) , Ryton , Glass fiber and cotton fabrics. We supply bags in Snap band type, Flange type , collar type and flat and rope type. We can supply filter bags in any type, shape and size as per customer requirement. We have complete in house facility with all required machinery to make filter bags , cages and other Air Filters.

All types non woven fabrics such as Polyester , Polypropylene , Aramid (Nomax), Ryton and cotton fabrics are needle punched , singed, calendered, and compressed surface at the dusty air inlet side , to easily release the dust cake accumulated on the surface of filter bags . All these filter bags are available from 400 gsm to 600 gsm.

CAGES

We manufacture and supply wire cages for filter bag holding in dust collector. Our Wire cages welded with spot welding for smooth surface finish and strong welding . Wire cages are manufactured in MS , SS and GI. We can supply cages with Enamel coating, Epoxy coating and Powder coating. Wire cages available in Flange type, Snap Band type and Collar type. We can design and supply any size and shape according to customer requirement.

Liquid Filters and Paint Filters

Liquid Filter bags are manufactured for optimum filtration performance. They are made from high quality synthetic media, to meet the specifications of the process industry. The types of media used for liquid filters are Polyester or Polypropylene needle felt, Nylon and HDPE monofilament and multi-filament. These filters are highly efficient in removing solid particulates from liquids where large volumes of contamination are present . These liquid filters are used in place where high viscous fluids are required to be filtered.

Cartridge Filter

We manufacture pleated cartridge filters from Polyester Spun bonded rigid materials which are used in Reverse pulse jet dust collectors. These filters are designed and manufactured to filter finest particles up to 2 micron with an efficiency of 98% and offer low resistance to the air flow. We can supply these filters as per customer size and specification.

Dust Collectors

Dust collector is an equipment used to enhance the quality of air released from industrial and commercial processes by collecting dust and other impurities from air or gas. Designed to handle high-volume dust loads. dust collector system consists of a blower, dust filter, a filter-cleaning system, and dust removal system. They are often used as an air pollution control device to maintain or improve air quality by collecting continuously from the source of dust generation.

Reverse-pulse/Reverse-jet cleaning

Filter cleaning method which delivers blasts of compressed air from the clean side of the filter to dislodge the accumulated dust cake.
