Filter Bags

We are manufacturer of Filter bags , Wire Cages, Industrial air filters. We are located in Bangalore the silicon city of India . We make filter bags  from Polyester , Polypropylene , Aramid ( Nomax) , Ryton , Glass fiber and cotton fabrics.  We supply bags in Snap band type, Flange type , collar type and flat and rope type. We can supply filter bags in  any type, shape and size as per customer requirement. We have complete in house facility with all required machinery to make filter bags , cages and  other Air Filters.

All types non woven fabrics such as Polyester , Polypropylene , Aramid (Nomax), Ryton and cotton fabrics are needle punched , singed,  calendered,  and compressed surface at the dusty air inlet side , to easily release the dust  cake accumulated on the surface of  filter bags . All these filter bags are available  from 400 gsm to 600 gsm.

Dust Collectors

Dust collector is an equipment used to enhance the quality of air released from industrial and commercial processes by collecting  dust and other impurities from air or gas. Designed to handle high-volume dust loads. dust collector system consists of a blower, dust filter, a filter-cleaning system, and dust removal system. They are often used as an air pollution control device to maintain or improve air quality by collecting continuously from the source of dust generation.

Reverse-pulse/Reverse-jet cleaning 

Filter cleaning method which delivers blasts of compressed air from the clean side of the filter to dislodge the accumulated dust cake.
